This gorgeous little picnic drink is made from 80% Yaaraan Ambrosia (which spent three years on lees for some creamy mouthfeel) with 20% Kordabup Pinot Noir and bottled it with 10g/L of residual sugar for some spritz. Delicate yet bold, it tastes just like fizzy fresh strawberry juice, and it’s lower in alcohol than a traditional pet net to boot.
