Winemaking: 100% whole bunch direct press after 12 hours on skins, 9 months elevage in older French oak.

ABV: 11.8%.

Decant: No, but watch it open up over a few hours.

Production: 60 dozen.

Rose loaded with structure and flavour.

Wine for all occasions. Bright aromatics on the nose; crushed rose petals, wild strawberry, raspberry and pomegranate. There's an element of generosity to the tightly structured palate and creamy finish.
