Ecologically farmed fruit from Fabio Deitos off the vineyard that he and his wife tend to. Bright fruits and crunchy acid are balanced with darker, earthy notes.

A blend of Merlot, Syrah and Pinot Noir. The Merlot & Syrah get two-three days skin contact before being pressed off to older French oak. The Pinot Noir sees around seven days on skins before going into older oak. The final blend was done just before bottling. Hand bottled in August 2024. No fining, filtration, or sulphur additions.
