Ecologically farmed fruit from Fabio and Karen Deitos. This is mostly Upright clone, so-called for its upright growth , which reduces disease pressure. The vineyard is immaculately cared for - bunch thinning, leaf plucking - no job is too big or small for these hardworking grape farmers.

Destemmed and left to macerate on skins for 7-8 days in March 2023, then pressed off to older French oak before hand bottling in May 2024.
